Backstory:
Elfen is a ex-member of the seven gang. A running gang in ring square. He initiated at the age of 16. He is known as a trickster, at 8 years old he was at tables outside with a deck of cards scamming old people of their money then turned to selling cheap or fake products to his school friends, ect. He was a notorious delinquent in his city, till the seven gang picked him up and trained him to become a real slight of hand master. He became fast and agile, a runner. He’s scared of confrontation but knows how to run you empty without you noticing. As we fast forward to the present, elfen finally faces his fear by making a mistake and accidentally scamming a higher up member of his own gang. This mistake cost him not only his reputation but also his family this also caused for some mental damage. The gang spared him and sent him out to free city to either redeem himself as a trickster or die trying. They want him to make way for them to take over.
